Radon Gas Measurement
Radon gas is a naturally occurring soil gas that is the second leading cause of lung cancer. The Surgeon General and the EPA recommend that all homes be tested. We are PA DEP certified radon testers using the E-PERM system, the most accurate short term system available with results in two days.
Termite & Pest Inspection
An inspection is done checking for past and/or present activity and infestation of wood boring and wood destroying insects.
Water Quality
A water sample is collected from a drinking source and analyzed by a certified laboratory, checking for microbiological organisms and also for bacteria.
Water Quality FHA/VA
This test is required by certain lending institutions and requires extensive testing for bacteria, fecal, lead, nitrates, and total nitrates/nitrites.
Well Capacity, GPM & PSI
The water well capacity test involves the use of comprehensive testing equipment. The analysis of this test will show the water pressure (PSI), the gallons per minute (GPM), and the ability of the well to produce the amount of water necessary for daily consumption of an average family. This test is timed, measured and documented.
Gas Leaks
